STEPHEN BYRNE
FOUNDER
Stephen, is THE BRIDGE Founder, Producer and CEO. He is an experienced social entrepreneur that aligns business and business expertise with social led enterprises that can make a positive contribution to society.
Stephen established THE PEACE BRIDGE Foundation to focus on the humanitarian work that the team undertake in war and conflict zones. Most of the projects are community to community based, helping vulnerable and disadvantaged people who are impacted by war.
A lot of effort is based around music and the arts, helping to connect people in conflict zones, using music as a way to reconcile and heal, also promoting peace, challenging war.
Finola Harrington
Medical Supplies
Finola is a practicing registered nurse, with a wide range of business experience. Finola has built a network of hospital, pharmaceutical and medical relationships that have been generously supporting THE BRIDGE social work overseas.
Finola manages the THE BRIDGE social projects, including in Israel & Palestine, Ukraine, and Cameroon. In the past five years Finola and the volunteer team have collected and distributed over €1m in medical equipment & supplies which supports overseas hospitals, medical centres, and rehabilitation centres.
Tom Creed
Architect and Project Manager
Tom is Architect with over 30 years’ experience in construction. He graduated from DIT and Trinity College, Dublin. He has practised in London, Seattle and New York and is currently based in Ireland.
Tom managed projects for the Bridge in Cameroon in 2018 and 1219 and is currently conducting a feasibility study for a soldier & animal rehabilitation centre in Ukraine in which music will feature as part of the healing. He participated in Bridge projects in Israel & Palestine and on the volunteer trip to Ukraine in 2024. Previously Tom supported the Haven charity in Haiti
EDWARD EVANS
LEGAL
Edward is a corporate partner in Beauchamps Solicitors, one of Ireland’s leading full-service business law firms.
He specialises in corporate, commercial, entertainment and sports law, providing advice on a broad range of company law and commercial legal issues to a range of domestic and international clients in various industries.
He has, over 25 years in practice built up a particular expertise and interest in the sports and entertainment sectors, advising a range of sporting national governing bodies, stadia, professional teams, promoters, and sponsors.
JULIE HAMILTON
MARKETING
Julie is a communications Consultant with over 25 years’ experience at both agency and independent consultant levels.
She has worked with international agencies Fleishman-Hillard and Edelman and was a key member of the marketing team for the 2003 Special Olympics World Games in Ireland, the largest sporting event in the world that year.
Having grown up in Ireland in the times of the Troubles she is dedicated to finding opportunities for cross community co-operation. She is also passionate about leaving a better planet for her teenage children.
ADRIANA CASAS
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Adriana Casas has responsibility for managing The BRIDGE social media channels. This includes the creation of content with video production at the core of the posts. Adriana’s work includes promoting THE BRIDGE projects and campaigns to a worldwide audience as well as to artists, songwriters, composers, singers and the international music community.
Adriana is also responsible for connecting with audiences, engaging them, promoting The BRIDGE goals and providing updates on our projects. Adriana ensures our channels reflect the heart and mission of our work. Her expertise in social media strategy helps amplify our reach and engage with online communities that foster peace.
